Lease Form (Lot Rent / Apartment Rental)
Instructions for Completing
You have 3 options to complete the forms:
1. ON YOUR PHONE / COMPUTER:
PHONE / COMPUTER: Fill them out using Adobe Reader on your computer or phone (free Android, iPhone Adobe Reader app) This option may be more difficult if you are unfamiliar with computers. Once you have filled them out, its easiest to just save a copy on your phone/computer then attach to an email (if you send through Adobe you need to waste time signing up for their free account, etc…)
2. PRINT:
Print the forms either at home on your printer or at an office supply store (e.g. UPS Store lets you print, scan, and email).
3. PICKUP:
If you prefer, you can pick them up from our manager in space #29, but note the hours at the top of the site. Do not return to the manager (see below for details).
Instructions for Returning Completed Forms
You have 3 options on how to return the complete forms:
1. EMAIL / PHONE
If you filled out the forms using Adobe REader, then you just email them back.
If you printed out the documents or picked a copy up from the manager’s office, by far, the fastest and easiest way to return the application is with your phone using a free scanner app (unless you have a regular scanner attached to your computer of course). CamScanner is the most popular one. You just open the program and it walks you through the steps of taking a picture of each page, then combines and sends them (compressed) through email.
Android: CamScanner – Scanner to scan PDF – Apps on Google Play
Iphone: CamScanner-PDF Scanner App on the App Store (apple.com)
- Other options: Scanner at an office supply store. (again, UPS)
If you used Adobe Reader to complete the forms, email them back to us.
Email: GlenparkVillageMHP@gmail.com
2. MAIL:
You may choose to mail them in to P.O Box 485, Sugar City ID 83448, however, this can take 1-2 weeks, and if there are other applicants ahead of you, they will be accepted first as applications are accepted on a first-come-first-serve-basis (and we always have people waiting). We are not responsible for lost applications. Mailing is therefore not recommended.
3. DROP OFF AT MANAGERS HOME:
This is the least preferred option as the onsite manager is mainly responsible for repairs and on-site needs, not administrative work–again we are not responsible for lost applications. The fastest and best way is to print+scan+email, or use Adobe Reader+email as these will reach our administrative office directly.
We currently do not have a fax.
